We are currently accepting pups 25# and smaller and one year of age & older that are fully house trained.
What sets us apart is that we limit daycare guests to six and boarding guests to a maximum of four.
We are a loving home for your pup & you can be assured that he will be supervised at all times.
Pups are not crated or kenneled during the day and, weather permitting, we take them on daily walks.
We also love taking our guests on adventures if that is acceptable to you!
And, we send you photos & videos throughout their stay.
We require that boarding pups are crate trained and can sleep comfortably in their crate at night.
We strive to make sure your pup will be safe from contagious disease and we ask that all of our guests meet the following health & behavioral requirements: Health & Medical Requirements
Up-to-date on the following vaccines:
Core Vaccines: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo and Parainfluenza)
Bordetella (aka Kennel Cough)
Recommended but not required: Canine Influenza
No communicable diseases
A fecal exam within the previous 12 months
No parasites and be on veterinarian-approved flea and tick prevention per veterinarian guidelines (April through December)
Spayed or neutered; no females in heat at any age
If your pup displays any signs of illness or injury, we ask that you suspend his attendance until he receives a health clearance from his veterinarian.
Behavioral Requirements We vet all pups that join us with the goal of creating fun and safe play groups! We'll ask that your pup visit for a temperament evaluation prior to their first booking to ensure he:
Safely interacts with dogs of both genders and all breeds, sizes & ages
Is not dog or human reactive or aggressive
Is safely & comfortably handled by all staff members and is good with children without incident
Does not display resource guarding (toys, food)
Does not destroy dog toys
* Because we live in a residential neighborhood, we require that dogs are not incessant barkers. * Behaviors like scratching on doors & furniture, continual mounting, not being house trained, and excessive marking cannot be accommodated. * If your pup forges/does not walk well on a leash, please consider bringing a Halti or Gentle Leader for us to use on our group walks. * Please make sure your pup's nails are trimmed as they will no doubt play hard with other dogs and we want everyone to be safe.
